Activity pane under Contact form is not showing email trackings

Hi,

I have two workflows which trigger emails to ITAdmin whenever any CRM user modifies information on Account and Contact forms. ITAdmin receives emails successfully. But the email activities are going as completed always. How do we make them due for action from ITAdmin?

    Hi,

     Emails are not meant to be due for action, but you can always create a task(using a workflow) for the admin whenever such an email comes in
