My Name is Arinze Okafor and the IT Specialist in my organization

We are currently on the verge of setting dynamics 365 to manage our HR workflow for the organization, i have been to Microsoft partner page to search for partners but am getting error each time i try to complete the form.\

Please someone assist we accredited microsoft partners or how to go about this.
