Configuration for Connecting ASP.net with AX Service

I have create a Web API with ASP.net and connect to AX Service, my Web API work properly while running on visual studio 2013. But when I deploy that Web API to IIS, there is an error said "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." , maybe something wrong while parsing data from AX Service.

Anybody can help me, please?

    Thank you Mr Martin for your response, i solved my problem by adding identity impersonate in my Web.config

    The error means that you're trying to work with a variable containing null instead of an object reference.

    But we can't tell you which variable it is and why, because we know nothing about your code and the execution context. You'll have to debug your code.
