Is There Method to Attach Receipts to Expense Report Headers via Mobile Application?

We're not yet live with D365FO and I'm checking to see if there's a way to configure Expense Management so that our users can submit Expense Reports via the Mobile application (our primary method) with receipts attached to the ER header instead of having to attach individual receipts for each line-item.  Is this possible/configurable?  I've looked through the setup options in Expense Management, but nothing stands out as a configuration we can set.  We're on 10.0.12 with most features enabled.

I have the same question (0)

There is the possibility to attach an image of the receipt. This is your goal ?

The app already lets our users to attach a receipt/image to a line item on an Expense Report.  But we want our users to add each line item without an attachment and have them attach all of the receipts/photos to the ER header.  That way the line items can be entered at one time and all of the receipts can be uploaded at one time.  We don't need individual attachments for each line item.

    Hello,

At current there is not a way to attach a receipt in the Mobile App for expenses at the header level. You first have to create the expense and attach the receipts.

There is a suggestion logged on the Ideas Portal that is what I believe you are looking for. Please feel free to add add comments to the idea and vote it up.  Below is the direct link to the suggestion.

    Hi IT Happens,

As mentioned, the attachment is on the expense itself. When I read the idea shared by David, then it is not fully mentioning the attachments on header level.

Can you tell the purpose to have them all on the header instead of the expense itself?

We'd like users to simply upload at one time, not break it out into separate uploads for each expense.  It would be great if users just took a series of images and they call get added to the ER as a group in one single sync transaction.  For now, it looks like we'll be asking users to upload all expense images to one expense line as a workaround.
