SUMMARY : Managed to find the "missing" GL trx which is not yet post but its batch ID not listed in GL Batch, already run Checklink for Financial for all tables, but still can no be solved.

From Smartlist Account Transactions, I found a GL transaction(trx), double click to open found it status is still unposted GL trx, and this trx is from the posted SOP transaction, it has a GL Batch ID SLSTE00000344 but when I save it, prompted error :

Unable to save the transaction. The batch has been deleted.

But I managed to save it with different GL Batch ID SLSTE00000344X Both batch ID SLSTE00000344 & SLSTE00000344X are appear in Master Posting. But the SLSTE00000344 is with status "Busy" and this ID is not appear in GL batch - this batch ID is missing also.

So I tried to create this missing Batch ID SLSTE00000344 in GL Batch, it prompted :

This Batch ID already exists.

By the way, I have already run Checklink for financial all tables, and clear the Activity, SY00800,SY00801, DEX_LOCK, DEX_Session but not recover this trx.

Please help, how can I enable this GL batch saved with its original batch ID and to post it.

Many thanks in advance.

Please ignore my last post, because I managed to recover the missing GL transaction. There is :

Re-run the clear  Activity, SY00800,SY00801, DEX_LOCK, DEX_Session tables after all GP users logout.

Then Either to use Smartlist to locate the missing GL transaction or Navigate the Financial >Transaction Entry screen to find the missing GL transactions. And then one-by-one I save each of them to a new Batch ID and save them.

Repeat again to retrieve those transactions, and save it back to it original Batch ID.

Too bad, those original Batch ID is still not appear in GL Batch, but it appears in the Master Posting, and I post them in that Window.
