Dynamics outlook tracking - Email formatting issue

Hey everyone!

When we track an email (meetings invitations included) in Outlook and then send it over, the format gets all messed up. Similar to the common HTML/Plain text issue. Anyone has a clue of what may be causing this?

Hi Partner，

Is the email being sent missing html formatting? Or is it the incoming mail that is missing the html formatting? Or both?

Formatting confusing after email tracking? Or does it get confused after sending?
Does the same thing happen if the email is sent out without being tracked?
