202Dear Experts,
I have some trouble finding a way to make a step in a workflow run based on some condition. the workflow task is to make the creation of Journal Payment on Account Payable module is processed through steps of approval.
The condition i define is, when LedgerJournalTable.JournalTotalCredit is more than equal Rp. 100.000.000,-. the step is running.
the condition seems fine. the trouble is, when i tried to test it, the filter doesn't work.
when i check the LedgerJournalTable, there's some behavior i found in the table
if it's an AP Journal Payment, the field JournalTotalCredit is Zero if it's unposted, and Not Zero if it's posted
if it's a General Journal from General Ledger Module, the field is Not Affected by the condition if it's posted or not.
the field JournalTotalCredit value is taken from the total amount of all lines inside that journal
the question is, what's the alternative way to fulfill the condition i define in LedgerJournalTable?
is there another field i can use (not JournalTotalCredit)?
