2 POS locations- same TSYS numbers - only 1 settles

I have two separate locations, each running same copy of POS .... TSYS info for credit card is same.

Both were running and batching fine. One location goes down, I use a backup from the POS still running to restore to the other location and then I have the following  problem.

Both locations/machines  authorize cards fine.. go to settle both  but only one  settle's, the other just as authorized transactions. 

Is the same identical TSYS info all of the sudden starting a confict?

    Thanks Ed... that was the problem. If you have the same TID # the batch numbers need to be far apart between the two. If you get a second TID# no problem.

    sounds like a batch number conflict.  You will need to reset for batch number so it is something greatly different from the other store.  

    Also, don't tell your merchant services rep, they consider this a contract violation.  Because the address and business is different locations.

    It would be better to get separate accounts for each business, under an umbrella account.
