I have a customer journey that has three swimlanes and in every swimlane a specific segment will receive an email. I want to give points (with a leadscoremodel) after the delivery of this e-mail to the lead. It is not sure leads will go through every swimlane, they can only go through 1 or 2 swimlanes and still has to get this points. After downloading two items on our website, we want them to be sales qualified.
As I understand you always have to use the tile "create lead" because otherwise the points will not be given.
Do I have to add the tile "create lead" to every swimlane? Or is there another way?
I cannot use one swimlane because I want to avoid that an email will be sent to a contact who have allready downloaded the content that is promoted in the e-mail. (good to know: I don't use the marketingpages and marketingforms of Dynamics, we use Wordpress and downloads are registred in crm. Based on that I make the segments I use in the customer journey).

Do you mean that you can earn points regardless of which lane you pass?
Maybe you can edit your scoring model to meet your needs.
