Is there any way to change the background colour of cust. Ledger entry list page row based on condition. Like if amount<1000, then that row background colour is red else green. Please provide me solution.

There is currently no standard features that can be changed background color. You can meet your needs by custom development. Hey, yes you can do some customization to change the grid color based on some values, I have a blog on similar RnD, give it a try.
