I have a custom entity "RMA" that is related to Opportunities by a lookup field "RMA Opportunity". Is it possible to pull a list/sub-grid of opportunity products that are related to that RMA Opportunity and make them visible on the RMA form?

This best possible supported open is create a quick view for opportunity and put opportunity product subgrid there and then place this quick view to your RMA entity and bind it with the RMA opportunity lookup, so it will only show you related opportunity product items.
