Import Validated Quality Orders

Hi,

I have a client who needs to import 7000 or more validated and passed quality orders.

The problem is that the system creates a stock blocking record - even though the Quality order shows the person who validated the order and a validation date. I know we can reset these to 0 but I cant see a data entity that would enable us to reset 7000 in one import. We could import the quality order as open status but again too many records to manually validate each one.

Has anyone come across this issue before?

Thanks in advance

    Good day,

I've not encountered this request before.

Maybe a solution idea; would it be an option to develop a Power Automate flow that validates the quality orders after import?

    Best regards,
    Laurens van der Tang
