I want to add a custom tab inside the opportunity table/entity in MS Dynamics 365 programmatically, like when I run the code a tab will automatically create, Is this possible?

Hi,

Microsoft does not provide a Client API for adding a Tab.

formContext.ui.tabs (Client API reference) in model-driven apps - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn

You have to add a Tab in the form designer.

Then conditionally show/hide the tab via JavaScript.
