I cannot change the default user1 to just 1 in PC Charge. When I try to run a cc sale it says invalid user. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Go into PC Charge click Setup>Users then type "1" in the User dialog box.  This will prompt you to call PC Charge to obtain a security code for a new user. Call PC Charge and let them know you are integrating their system with RMS and they will give you a code free of charge.
