How can I disable printing while allowing print preview?

Can I disable the print button in the Inventory Valuation report (Dynamics SL 6.5)? Also, I need to disable the print button in the associated print preview window.

Thanks for your quick reply. I was asking something else. I want to disable the ability to print the inventory valuation report and still allow the print preview function. The print function is normally available on the print window screen (10.620.00) but also if the user selects 'print preview' he/she again has the option to print the report. I want to allow print preview but disable all print buttons.

When you go into "Printer Options" when in the Valuation report, do you have the "Print to File" flag checkmarked? If so, you may want to uncheck that and select "Use Windows Default Printer." That should then result in your "Print Preview" button becoming available so that you can print preview the report before printing.

If this doesn't resolve your issue, then you may want to check your Printer Setup which is accessible by going File, Printer Setup when in Dynamics SL.
