POS 2009 FP1 receipt is not printing correct format - Epson TM-T88IV receipt printer

I just loaded POS 2009 SP1 and then FP1 on WIN 7 Prof 64 bit machine. Sales receipt is NOT printing in correct format in receipt printer (Epson TM-T88IV USB). I am using Epson OPOS driver (Ver 2.61E). Printer prints fine if I print from OPOS but when I print from POS 2009, it just prints words with lots of line spaces. I am using default POS 2009 receipt format (40 Column).  My cash drawer is connected via printer and it opens correctly after each transactions.

I worked with Epson for few hrs reloading drivers/OPOS SW but no success.

I also noticed following in POS2009 FP1 release notes:

The "Truncate text '~' (suffix)" alignment string is not recognized when receipts are rendered.

Note - You will have to fix the truncation by modifying the receipt template. Instead of using the tilde (~) character, add the new "<WRAPLENGTH>" tag under the <COLUMNHEADER> tag. The new tag specifies the maximum number of characters per line. For example, <WRAPLENGTH>40</WRAPLENGTH> wraps the text after 40 characters. For more information about modifying a receipt template, see "Edit a file in File Center" in Manager View Help.

I tried changing receipt template as per above instructions but still receipts are not printing correctly.

Is this problem with POS 2009 receipt template? Can someone provide me correct template?

If any other issue then please help me.

I found the fix for my issue. Microsoft has hot fix available for receipt format issue. Hot fix is only for POS 2009 FP1. Request fix from following web site:

    support.microsoft.com/.../KBHotfix.aspx

After loading fix, reecipt is printing in proper format.

    you need Hotfix 2622363

This will fix the extra spacing.

This problem occurs because the width setting for receipts is incorrect when you use OPOS printers
