Portal templates are not installed

When I first installed the ADX portal,I had the page templates for the portal. When I tried to install Open Sorce portal.

When I tried to install the Open sourse portal, I do not have any portal template in the CRM365(on premis). I tried instal a XRMportal. The same story. Even the re-installation of the ADXportal did not work. Each time a new portal was put a new osganization of the CRM(onpremis).

Why during installation in the CRM do not install the portal templates?
