I am only seeing the option to export our trial balance via Excel format. Is there another way or option to export this data via PDF?

    Yes, you can use the Financial reports (Finance | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn) feature to print a trial balance to a PDF file.

    Hi,
    Maybe you can try to save a report to a print archive and print a report from the archive using the following steps:
    1.    Go to  Organization administration > Inquiries and report> Print archive.
    2.    On the Overview tab, select the report to print.
    3.    Click Print preview. The report is displayed in a PDF viewer, such as Adobe Acrobat.
    4.    Print the report from the PDF viewer.

    NOTE:  To print the report, you must open the report in a PDF viewer. You cannot print the report from the print archive by clicking the Print button.
