Production Floor Execution transaction (PFE) not loading on iPads

We have been using PFE on iPads for 3 years. In the last few days we have had several iPads that will not load the PFE. It connects to D365 but keeps loading. We have tried Chrome, Edge, and Safari, no difference. We have reset and re-provisioned, no luck. Any suggestions on how to trouble shoot this issue?

    Hi,

Was there an update of iOS or maybe a Dynamics365 update deployed? Are you aware of recent changes? Have you tried an in-private browser session?

    Hi there,

Thanks for sharing your issue. If Production Floor Execution (PFE) is stuck loading on iPads despite connecting to Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies

    • On each browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari), clear cache and cookies.
    • Restart the browser and try accessing PFE again.

    2. Check Network and VPN

    • Ensure the iPads are on a stable network.
    • If using a VPN or proxy, try disabling it temporarily to test connectivity.

    3. Browser Compatibility

    • Confirm that the browsers are updated to the latest version.
    • Try using private/incognito mode to rule out extensions or cached sessions.

    4. Device OS Updates

    • Make sure the iPads are running the latest iOS version.
    • Sometimes OS updates affect web app compatibility.

    5. D365 Environment Health

    • Check if there are any recent updates or changes in your D365 environment that might affect PFE.
    • Review system logs or telemetry for errors during PFE load attempts.

    6. Microsoft Support

    • If the issue persists, consider opening a support ticket with Microsoft, especially since this setup has worked reliably for years.

Let me know if this helps, and please mark the response as helpful if it answered your question 😊

    Best regards!

We’ve been experiencing the same issue since updating to iPadOS 18.6.
Devices running version 18.2, for example, are not affected.
I’ve already tested the iPadOS 26 Public Beta 4, but unfortunately the issue persists.
On the updated devices, we can no longer use Dynamics 365.
I’ve tried different browsers and settings, but nothing has worked so far. I haven’t been able to find a solution or workaround for this issue.
