We have gone live with Microsoft BC.
I am just wondering what process everyone is using for one time vendor payments ie a one off event / small county vendors we will not use again. We are incurring many small payments relating to 40 year anniversary celebrations for example across all the states and regions and the costs will be borne by Head office.
Want to avoid adding many vendor records and need a fast solution. Using the credit card is an option however not the best solution.
Please let me know how others are approaching this.
