CRM ribbon workbench

We have been using the CRM Ribbon workbench for about 6 months or more.  Recently a problem has arisen whereby it sits at the 'importing solution' screen for an inordinate amount of time.

Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be linked to a MS update? I haven't been able to find any information on this.

Thanks.

I've had this issue in the past, and sometimes re-occurs. I have not really seen a particular solution to it, but usually clearing cache, using different browser/computer/in-private mode resolves the issue.

    One of those unknown issues...

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

you could reduce the number of entities contained in your unamanged solution or create a new one (for example only to one).

Thanks for your reply Guillaume.  I have only 1 entity in my solution.

Thanks for your reply Guillaume.  I have only 1 entity in my solution.  I've deleted the solution and recreated it afresh as well, but the same result.

    Hi,

if you are onpremise, you could restart IIS and the CRM Services and see if it helps.

Moreover in your solution, you could select the entity when creating the solution and uncheck every component of the entity.

Guillaume, I asked our DB admin to reboot the server and this has resolved the issue.

    Many thanks for your assistance.
