add cc fields in email templates

We don't have Marketing license in our organization. So we are using the available ootb marketing features to send conference invitations. I am unable to add cc to the email templates. 

What are the solutions? Workflow or plugin  development? Any examples?

    so if I understand you well, you are using email activities to send event invitations and you want to add CCing into those templates, is that correct?

    At the moment we do not support CCing in our event invites via email activities but it is something we will consider in the future.

    Could you create a suggestion for us on our Idea site for future consideration:

    experience.dynamics.com/.../categories
