MSCRM 2011 Help is not working

when we try to search anything in Help page we are getting generic error.

Getting the below error kindly let me know i have tried all the options but its not working.

    Thanks Vikas, for your suggestion but there is no subkey with name "MSIDXS" in our App as well as DB server.

    Kindly let me know if we are missing out anything.
