Permanently delete system email templates

Hi,

is it possible to permanently delete email templates that are provided as default system templates? Customer is using sales model driven app and has deleted system email templates several times to only have their own in their templates list. Seems the system templates keep getting re-created by the system.

is there a way to permanently get rid of them?

we have not implemented any additional language packs or things like that

Hi Christian K,

The inability to delete system email templates is an unanticipated error, and any role with delete permissions can permanently delete these templates.
Is there any rule for mail template recovery? For example, are they recreated at a fixed time, or does it only happen in one environment?

Please try deleting it again in Advanced Settings > Templates > Email templates,

if it still doesn't work, we suggest you raise a support ticket.
