Hi,

       I am new to Microsoft CRM Dynamics. I need to learn about its customization, extending its functionality using .NET programming languages using C# or VB.NET. Please guide me where to start?

    Part 4 is the one your looking for, but if you're new to CRM definitely start with part 1.

    (I don't know where part 3 is, it used to be available)

    Hi,

    From developer point of view, following aspects need to be looked upon :

    - jscript

    - plugins (c#)

    - business rules

    - workflows

    - ribbonworkbench (for custom ribbon buttons)

    www.w3schools.com would be an apt website to learn JS which are used at form level.  However, You can always download the online trail pack online and have a hands on of the product and it's functionalities. The below web links are be leveraged for technical learning. Thank you!

                      I am already a software developer and have solid experience in jscript & c#. Could you please assist me about Business Rules, WorkFlows, RibbonWorkBench. As these seems new to me. Your assistance in this regard will really be appreciated.
