Hi All,

Suppose the Sales order is created with 10 quantity and 10 quantities are picked. Pick list registration is done for the line. How can I cancel 3 quantities for the sales order line. When I do the function 'Deliver reminder' and cancel quantity, an error is displayed as "Quantity ordered may not be reduced because there are not enough inventory transaction with 'on order' status". Please help

Cancel the pick registration after the update. So go to the line in the pick registration screen, click funciton on the line for 10 and unpick. Then register 7 and update it. Ship 7 deliver remainder the 3.

Or

Ship the 10 as you have confirmed the 10, then deliver now -3 and post delivery note based on deliver now and then deliver remainder the 3 outstanding.
