Hi support,
We have many queue have the same setting from exchange mailbox, all of them configured to use email router (POP3).
One day, we found one of the queue didn't sync all email suddenly. The mailbox have 10 email but only 7 email sync to CRM queue. All of the other queue are normal and can sync all email from sources, just one queue have the problem.
Any idea?
