Sales Hub - Contact export to Excel doesn´t work

Hey there,

i have a user that get an error message if he want to export the contacts. When i export the contacts, everything is fine and it worked few weeks ago for that user.

But the last two days, the user get this error code: 0x80040216

Permissions and that stuff are ok.

Any idea what could be?

Hi David,

I agree with naveen suggestion.

And it seems that they created new hotfix.

I would suggest to create support ticket for the same for faster resolution with microsoft.

Seems like it's an issue from Microsoft and they are working on it to fix. please take a look at this thread.
