Hey there,
i have a user that get an error message if he want to export the contacts. When i export the contacts, everything is fine and it worked few weeks ago for that user.
But the last two days, the user get this error code: 0x80040216
Permissions and that stuff are ok.
Any idea what could be?

I agree with naveen suggestion.
And it seems that they created new hotfix.
I would suggest to create support ticket for the same for faster resolution with microsoft.
