Payment schedule is grey out

Dear Experts,

I faced the issue as below:

After update Lease using Lease import framework and confirmed Books. My lease payment amount is zero and Payment schedule button is grey out.

Please refer to below pics

Can anyone help to advice?

    Hi ThuNgo,

    The "Exercise" field on the payment schedule lines is set to "No" which is telling the system to not include those payments when creating the payment schedule. Therefore, the system cannot create the payment schedule if you do not have any payment schedule lines exercisable. Once you change this field to "Yes" and recreate the schedules, the payment schedule should populate.
