Live Customer Journeys have reverted to Draft after D365 restore - unable to go live again

Hi all,

We recently had to do a restore from backup in our Dynamics Production environment.  One of the issues (of which there were many!) was that everything in the Marketing Suite seemed to revert to Draft (Previously live).

I have been able to reset to live the following:

Marketing Emails

Segments

Default Content Settings

But, I am unable to Go Live with Customer Journeys (that had already started).

I get the following Error:

This tile has already processed contacts, so you can't remove it.

I THINK this is referring to the Starts when Segment.

Any guidance/suggestions would be gratefully received.

I am most curious to see if the emails (due to go out next week) on our journeys actually happen - The Journey status shows active, but the status reason shows Draft.

    Ive experienced the same issue after we went from acceptance to producten. Nya's soltion worked for me.
