Hi,
If I only want to export specific fields out of Vendors V2 data entity using data management, what would be the steps.
Also how can I use the feature of Sample Files for Export. The drop down is empty.
Hello Hossam,
You can create a new export processing group and add the data entities you want and export. Then click on the Download package/file which will give you a sample file in the format you want.
Also you can view map and remove fields you don't want.
You can try creating excel template for this data entity and add only required fields.
Common Module > Office integration > Excel workbook designer > Download blank excel > Click Design > Add data entity using add table > Add fields > Done
Refresh (Before refresh you can apply filter as well)

The last sentence from Kevin's reply is the key to your answer. When you added the entities to your export group, you can click the icon in the column 'View map'. Then you can delete fields on the Mapping visualization or Mapping details view. Don't forget to click the 'Save' button as otherwise changes are not processed.
Hi Hosam,
After you add the entity from your given screen, click Close and select 'View Map'.
You can delete the unwanted fields for your export on this screen. Click Save and try export.
