Microsoft Dynamics CRM - New Look

Hi
 
I have opened the CRM this morning and where previously I had the option to use the new look version and toggle to the right - my organisation has remained on the old version however this morning everyone has been upgraded to the new version and the toggle option to revert back to the old version has been removed from view as an option.
 
The new version has removed some of the functionality which colleugues require - how do I revert back to the old version
 
Any ideas please?
