I am trying to change the qty back ordered from 1 to 0 and change the qty to invoice from 0 to 1 in the sale entry window but i get the message that i cannot do it because of privileges. I am a power user as well thanks in advance.

I am vaguely recalling that there is a setup value in the Sales Order Processing setup that is preventing this and causing this message. I don't believe it has to do with the traditional security (e.g. poweruser). Unfortunately, memory escapes on which setup is required. Will try to test this out if I have a chance.
