We are looking for the best opcion about  Call Center software for integrating it  to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Could you please say to me which are the best options and why?

    Hey Antelmo! It’s been a while but I’m curious as to whether or not you’ve already figured this one out with your team. If not, I’d like to recommend you check out Tenfold’s product which works really well with MS Dynamics and most major CRM and phone systems.     Hi Antelmo, Dynamics Telephony (www.dynamicstelephony.com) is the most integrated option around and will integrate with any phone system, including Avaya, Cisco, and Lync.

    you need to have a suite which will provide you unified communication. there are lot of suites available from different vendors like avaya, cisco, cytrack etc.

    only thing you need to make sure that product suite you will be using comply with the communication infrastructure you are using.
