Dynamics NAV 2017 OData-API Documentation

I have been searching the web on official documentation about Dynamics NAV 2017 OData-API. Unfortunately, I can only find information about the latest and rebranded Dynamics 365 Business Central. Do these information apply to the old version as well? f.e. reading data via the endpoint: GET api.invoicing.office.net/.../companies(<GUID>) is exposed the same way? Can someone point me in the right direction here?

Here is a link to the standard doc. for the standard API's in Business Central.

docs.microsoft.com/.../

It is also possible to create custom API if the standard API's does not cover your needs.
