Permit a user to create new bank statement (NAV 2015)

Hi All,

I would like to personalize entitlements, and I have a problem.

Which permissions have I enable for a new user, has the right to only read and create new bank statement lines?

I've still turned on the following permissions:

- BASIC

- G/L-ACCOUNT

- G/L-BANK ACC

- G/L BANK ACC, EDIT

but "Bank Statement List" is still unavailable for this new user.
