I am creating a portal where I want to have several request types, like "Request a New Laptop" I would like something like a snipit or widget (button) that when selected it takes you to a Case template.
Would love to know this too please! I’ve currently got a SharePoint landing page with request buttons diverting to a Microsoft form then converting to a case… would love to move it into a requests portal where the request button clicked takes the user to the matching case request template, and on submit creates a pre-filled case form auto routed to the existing requests queue in the model driven app
Yes, I would like to know this too, I need to create a 'service catalogue', with multiple categories which contain service request cases forms which we can customise by requirements needed to fulfil the request.
