Hello,
GP 2010 RMA Entry/Update includes a "Tracking Number" field at the RMA line level. I'm not finding any help text or GP documentation that describes what the purpose of this field is or how to use it? When I specify a shipping method and a value for the tracking number and then click on the internet button next to the tracking number I receive a message that says "There is no custom link with Internet Address setup for shipping method: UPS ground. How is the tracking number supposed to be used?
