Hey Everyone:
I have a requirement from a client that wants a specifically SSRS-based customer statement. Has anyone done this before, and if so do they have anything that they are willing to share with a fellow consultant about how to do it? Please, I don't want to hear "modify the RW report" or "modify the Word template" - neither of those are going to be particularly helpful in this situation.
Does anyone have anything that might help?
Thanks.

I would recommend the Accountable Forms Printer product.
You can substitute Crystal or SSRS forms for the GP Forms/Reports
Cool! But I already have Rockton, so I'm sure I could use that for the same kind of thing. I'm more focussed on the report spec itself, not the "how to replace"....
Thoughts?
Edit for clarification: I could probably research the tables that I would need, etc. myself, I am hoping that there's a shortcut that someone could point me to as I am currently underwater with deadlines, etc. It is specifically the report SPEC that I'm after, not the "how to" to run it. After my first response, I realized my request was ambiguous.
Hi James-
Check out my series of posts that is all about using SSRS in GP instead and specifically this post:

At the bottom is a link to a zip file of all the SQL views and all of the SSRS report templates I've created. RM Customer Statement is in there.
I hope this helps.

Thank you! I very much appreciate this. I see that your code basically riffs off of RM20101... I take it that you've never had a problem with it not balancing with what Dynamics GP says, then? That was one of the things I was trying to find out... But this is great, thank you again!
My pleasure and you're welcome -- glad to help!
I've never had a problem with this showing something different than in the GP client. It has always been the same amounts and totals.
Well, thank you very kindly sir! This is quite the treasure trove and has saved me (and my client) time and money. I really appreciate the gift (for lack of a better term.)
My your tires always be full of air!
