Hello,
I am learning how to send out email campaigns via Dynamics 365 for Sales.
The method I am using by creating a marketing list and then using quick campaigns.
My questions are:
1. Is it possible to track email opens and link clicks?
2. If it is not possible to track via Dynamics, is there a third-party integration you recommend?
3. Where can I find more instructions on how to learn about sending out mass email campaigns via Dynamics 365?

Please refer to the following documentations to enable email engagement in Sales Insights, which helps you to see when recipients opened an attachment.
Configure email engagement (Sales Insights) - Dynamics 365 AI | Microsoft Docs
After configuring the Email Engagement, you'll see the recipients' activities in the email.
