Unit Price Not Populating on Purchase Order in Newly Created Legal Entity – D365 FO

Hello Community,

I have recently created a new legal entity in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. When I create a Purchase Order, the unit price is not auto-populating, even though trade agreements are defined. I have to enter the price manually every time

Below is what I have already set up:

Purchase price defined in Released Product.

Trade agreement activated.

Trade agreement journal names set up.

Procurement and sourcing parameters configured.

Currency and unit of measure are the same in the journal and PO lines.
Despite these configurations, the unit price remains blank on PO lines.
Could you please suggest if I am missing any setup?

Fix unit price not populating in D365 FO PO:

Ensure price unit in trade agreement matches PO UOM.

Verify effective dates of the trade agreement include the PO date.

Confirm site/warehouse and currency match trade agreement.

Check item coverage group and purchase agreements are correctly assigned.

Validate that trade agreement journals are posted/activated.

Hi D365 FO,

Can you tell us if you have trade agreement journal lines created and posted? You shared a screenshot of the purchase price on the released products which is different that trade agreements. If you have trade agreements, please tell us what values are filled in what field for the product.
In case you don't have trade agreements, it should fall back to the purchase price on the released product.

Are the purchase order lines entered manually, imported, or created via a customization?

Yes, I have created the trade agreement journals and posted them successfully.
I have attached the screenshots for your reference.

I set up a purchase price on the released product, expecting that at least the price would be considered on the Purchase Order. However, the unit price is still appearing as empty.

Please note:
Purchase order lines were created manually.
There are no customizations involved.
