How to get data for individual activities in advanced find with all columns.

Hello All Experts,

I want to get all the columns of individual activities in advanced find.

I have one custom entity for which activities are enabled.

i am trying to go from activity as child and then custom entity as parent i advanced find so that i could get the custom entity columns as well.

i am selecting all the columns for activity but not able to get all the columns from the activity types like email, phone call, task etc.

can anyone help me in a single query i want to get all the columns from the different activity types.

    You did get your answer for your original question, now you are asking different question (and looking for solution, not an answer). You should mark answers as verified, this is the whole purpose of having this forum.

    Hello Experts,

    i have created four dataset.

    1.Activitytocustomentity

    2.Appointmenttocustomentity

    3.Tasktocustomentity

    4.Phonecalltocustomentity

    within the report 1. dataset and some fields as expression from 2 and 3 and 4th dataset i am using but there is duplication effect is seen .

    how to avoid this , can anyone help me in resolving this.

    Thanks Nishkarsh for replying second point but untill first is completed second point can not be implemented, so that's why i asked both together.

    Report can be add it in some views for reports and also at specific entity view by clicking run report button.

    i think the below hierarchy is there.

                Appointment      Email      Phone Call    Task

                                          Activity

                                     Custom Entity

    and i don't think we can select all of the above in single advanced find query.

    Now for the same if we want to create SSRS report then what will be my fetchxml.

    where will i be able to display this report in crm.

    can anyone elaborate me more .

    Hi

    As per my knowledge it is not possible in advance find of Dynamics 365 because in advance find we are able to select only parent entity columns. You can do it through SSRS reports.

    You can also do it as Go to advance find and make a view of child entity and filter with parent entity.

    If it works then mark as verified.
