Outlook integration with crm

hi,

Some of the users in our organization are using MS Exchange for their outlook. I need to integrate crm with outlook for those users.

whether i need to install email router or outlook integration for those users.

If i install outlook integration i'm unable to configure it.

kindly let me know the solution ASAP.

    Hi,

    Make sure that hte users can connect to crm via the web interface ok, then install the outlook crm client.  If it still does not work, please post the error message.

    Alex,

    The users are able to connect crm via web. Then we installed outlook crm client and it is working for personal computers. When it comes to laptop, user can able to work within LAN. Outside LAN, user is not able to connect with crm. we installed Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook with Offline Access only for laptop users.

    Is there any problem with the user settings? Is there any software called MS DY CRM 4.0 Laptop client for outlook?
