Hi All,
There is a purchase order with the wrong orderer name which is in open order and confirmed stage. I have selected the request change option and changed the orderer name and then submit the workflow. The the PO went to open order "in review" stage from there the workflow didn't move anywhere and it is not processing anything in the workflow. Please see the below screenshot.
At this point i am unable change anything. I have also recall the workflow and it is gone to cancellation but the PO is showing still in review.
Can someone help me on this please.

Have you already checked if the batch server is working and if the workflow message processing batch job is still running correctly?
Are other workflows instances being processed correctly?

Yes, The related batch job status is showing in withhold.
The batch job should be in Waiting status, WithHold means stopped. Please change status to Waiting and check again. Also, if its development environment then ensure Batch service is running.

Please change the status of a workflow batch job to "waiting". Once it will run the batch job, it will move to next step.
