We've implemented Business Central for our internal financial operations, but we're in need of help on several advanced topics (like synchronizing data between BC and Customer Engagement). if you mean crm with customer engagement, then you can either use the bc internal crm module or you can connect dynamics 365 (crm/sales) within bc.
