Hi All Experts,
I am facing some challenges to create new connection records in CRM in bulk.
1. Duplicate lookup reference
Actually there are account records which are having same name, but associated with different brands.
I need to create a connection between Account and User , These CRM users will work as sales rep for these accounts.
Is there any way i can bulk upload connection having duplicate accounts.
Hi EmployeeOcta,
Since there are duplicate accounts (with same name) exist in the system, you cannot import having account name in you file. But you can import by placing GUID (Primary Key) of the records instead of name.
