I'm trying to configure my EDC using the FDMS Envoy/FDC Nashville Network. I received a VAR sheet from Bank of America with these settings: Merchant ID, MID, and TID but that's it. I called Bank of America and they referred me to Microsoft Support....I called Microsoft Support and they referred me back to Bank of America! Anyone else using this set up that could help me out?

Hello Krista,
Thank you for your post.
The Bank of America setup using FDC Nashville Network is configured in RMS using the Dynamics Online Payment Services. I have included a link below that you can use to obtain information on setting this up.
*NOTE* You will need access to CustomerSource/PartnerSource to access the link. If you are a customer you will need to work directly with your Microsoft Partner to complete this as there is items within the setup the associated Microsoft Partner must complete.

BAMS discontinued putting customers on TSYS years ago, around the time they partnered with FDMS. I find the whole process just as frustrating as you, with no clear, definite info available from any of the parties involved.
Yes and they had no idea what I was talking about! They keep telling me to call Microsoft. So frustrating!!
When you talked to bank of america, did you ask them for a tsys configuration file?
