The PowerApps is for making apps and Dynamics 365 includes different modules including Sales, Customer Service and Field Service. The Dynamics CRM is available for both Online and On-Premises. For Dynamics 365 Online, we can also use https://trials.dynamics.com/ for setup the trial environment.
