Portal: Win Opportunity Action (opportunity) not working

Hello,

I have created an Entity Form for the Opportunity records where I am adding Action Buttons Win and Lose.

Only Lose button is working the Win button returns error: Something didn't work out during registration. Try it again. If the problem persists, contact the site's system administrator.

Entity Permission set Global and with the privileges required by WinOpportunityRequest message:

prvAppendActivity

prvAppendToOpportunity

prvCreateActivity

prvWriteOpportunity

Any idea why this error is occurring?
