Does anyone know how to make a field sortable?

    Hi Tashayla,

    Can you tell me what the type of this field(Payment Note) is?

    In general, if your calculation only uses simple text or number values from the same entity it should be sortable.

    Otherwise, Calculated Field become unsortable in views if:

    ?A calculated field that contains a field of a parent record.

    ?A calculated field that contains a logical field (for example, address field).

    ?A calculated field that contains another calculated field.

    Hi Tashayla,

    OK.

    I have created one field with same type--Mutiple lines of text.

    I can sort it in the view.

    Maybe you can create another Multiple lines of text field to test to test if the same thing happens again.
